At Klyvera, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home décor and furnishings are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
